HOUSE RULES
1. This is a NON-SMOKING house
2. Check in 3.00pm & Check Out 12.00pm.
3. All the facillities is FOC to use , but need to follow SOP , or emergency Management is close
4. Swimming must wear Swimming Suit !
5. We are not hotel , we not 24 hour online , any question we will try ASAP to get back to you
6. Pets are not allowed in the premises
7. Late check out will be CHARGES RM15 , after 3pm Will charges one night room rate
8. Please keep clean and take good care on everything in the house
9. Please remove shoes when inside the house.
10. Strictly no drugs and no parties/illegal activities in the house.
11. Please respect our neighbors, no loud music and keep noise level low after 11pm (Please close the balcony after 10pm)
12. No daily housekeeping. Please wash your dishes and throw the garbage away. Ensure no leftover food drops into the sink's drain hole.
13.Save Energy: Ensure switch off air-conditioners, fans and lighting when leaving the house.
14. Make sure to close all windows when leaving the house to avoid rain.
15. Please cherish all deceives and facilities in the house & premise, the guest shall pay the full price for anything damaged or lost.
