* Car - parking fee is RM5 per entry within 24 hours. Example:
Go in-out multiple times RM5 per entry. Within 24hrs NO EXIT RM5. Within 48hrs NO EXIT RM10.
* Motorcycles - FOC.

[Parking Space]
Parking space is subject to premise availability, there is NO GUARANTEED parking lot in the premise. First come First Serve. Please make sure to park at the correct lot. Unauthorized car/ lot used will be clamped.

[Access Card]
Only ONE(1) access card provided for each listing. No additional access card. (Lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost at RM300/pc)

[Construction/Renovation Noise]
There might be construction/renovation noise incurred during your stay due to the building is still new and renovation is allowed.
(Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm, except Sunday & Public Holiday)

[OTHERS]
1. No daily change towels service.
There is extra charge as laundry cost for any request of additional new towel:
Face towel - RM5/pc. (max 2pcs)
Bath towel - RM10/pc.
(Available daily 10am-4pm, beyond the mentioned time will not be entertained, prior to 1-day request)

2. Cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service available including long stay.

3. Any cleaning service request will be charged Rm50/session. (Available daily 10am-4pm, prior to 1-2days notice)
Note: this service NOT AVAILABLE on SATURDAY, SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

4. Any unremoveable stain/damage/missing items/ smoking incurred after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under cleaning fee.

5. Self prepare universal adapter & Laundry Detergent.
