Rumahku Georgetown is a classic 1920s residential house, renovated recently to a Scandinavian and Modern style. Please note that our homestay is not 100% soundproof and we are located right at the busiest business center in Georgetown.

1. Parking Lot:
-Public parking lots along the roadside
-Parking fees pay through (Penang Smart Parking app)
-Free parking available on every Sunday
-1st Avenue Mall car park is 300m away. It’s open for the public

2. Automatic Self Check-In
-With Smart Door Lock and Door Access Card
-Steps will be provided once the booking is confirmed
**Please observe our check in and check out time. Kindly seek approval from us if early check in or late check out is needed. Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability and charges**

3. Airport transfer will be available upon request with minimum charges.
4. Room has the potential of noise from the street, please prepare yourself with earplug or purchase it with homestay staff if you’re not get used of the noise.
5. Entrance area of the homestay is also monitored by the CCTV surveillance system for the safety and security of the guests and residents
