Our unit with beautiful high floor view which have uninterrupted view for JB town city view 🥰 And this place also surrounded by convenient shop , close to night life, public transport, nice food areas, massage center , restaurant , shopping mall and etc 🌻 Come to enjoy ^^

The space

The house equipped with cozy studio unit with one comfortable queen size bed and comes fully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with daily essentials 🌻

The unit can accommodate a small family size / couple / tourist / business traveler for 2pax ( if have 3pax can request to me add one single bed）🛏️

The living room and bedrooms are installed with fans and air-cons. Enjoy amazing Johor Bahru Town city view 🏙️ from the balcony and the window is sure to captivate you.

- Check-In Time is anytime after 3pm, Check-Out Time is before 11am
- Before Check in and check out need inform host and take photo , pls turn back the access card set and the key into mailbox keybox before you leaved
- Pls take care for keep the access card and key set , if keeping lost will be charged RM200

- No Smoking inside the room it found will be charged RM100 !!
- No parties or events / No pets allowed
- Respect queit hours from 11pm to 6am

- Light cooking is allowed and please make sure the kitchen is clean and tidy after use
- Washing machine and laundry detergent are provided
- Pls turn off all the switch/ fan / light / aircorn before you leaved
- Pls keep the space clean and make all the rubbish into rubbish bin ( if no enough place to throw outside the corridor have garbage room pls throw properly inside the rubbish bin )
